We are a traditional family company with more than 120 employees. Our roots go back to 1960 when we started to produce vegetables in Amsterdam, Holland. Nowadays we are a values-driven, high-quality gerbera and rose breeder, propagator and marketer operating in more than 50 countries world-wide and are famous for creating top-quality products each with its own unique style and character. We introduced a whole generation of growers and consumers to the benefits of a wide range of best-sellers which meet the most modern demands. We are determined to become and to remain the market leader in large production areas with all the products that we refine, multiply and market. Our vision is to develop, produce and constantly improve unique floricultural products which stand out to their breeding characteristics, manageability, tenability and beauty. We believe that our first responsibility is to growers and consumers, traders, wholesalers and retailers and any other people who use our products and services. The quality of our products and proper services must always be key concerns of our company. We constantly strive to reduce our costs in order to maintain reasonable prices. Our quality care system emphasises our commitment to providing superior products and service to our customers. Our business ethos is focused upon entering into long-term relationships. Appointments must be kept at all times and our relations must be given a fair opportunity to make a profit. We feel that we have a sense of responsibility to our employees, the men and women who work with us throughout the world. We try to be a second home to them with an atmosphere where everyone can feel free to make suggestions and complaints. All employees have to be assessed in a fair way with respect to their efforts and qualities. As a family company we must be mindful of ways to help our employees fulfil their family responsibilities.
