At Bluebeam, that\u2019s the job of the Org Admins. They can see the last date a user opened Bluebeam. You can use that date to revoke a user\u2019s license if the date is very old.   <\/p>\n<p>However, it\u2019s much better if the Org Admin first asks why the license isn\u2019t being used. It\u2019s actually very common for people to use the software incorrectly because they don\u2019t know what it can do.
