We conclude distribution contracts with suppliers of products we believe in and think with you. The agreements with these suppliers are minimalist, to keep our independence at a maximum. When it comes down to it, we are on your side, because you pay us!

We want to be there for you and not just for our suppliers.

No, not from IDEOMA, but to some extent from the vendors we represent. We are completely open about the dependencies that arise with these vendors and will help you find alternatives, should that be an issue. That we have worked with the same suppliers for so long is the best proof of the right choices we have made so far. We do occasionally try a new product, but we do not do so for a quick success and only when we see that we are adding clear value for a supplier.

Ever since IDEOMA started in 1992, our revenue model has been trading software, focused on technical drafting, supporting you at no extra cost. We do not make you dependent, so you are completely free to make other choices. If we’re not doing something right, let us know! You can call, text, signal or email us. The latter works best if there is no rush.

Most certainly! But only when we think it’s necessary. It is our sport to make you independent within our budget of free support. In doing so, we can’t do without a good supplier, who provides good documentation and instructional videos. We are happy to point you to where those are. You will not find with us products that, as it often turns out later, can only be used successfully under the expert guidance of an expensive specialist. That said, we do have those specialists for you if you need them.

IDEOMA has been importing Bluebeam since 2005.

For the first few years, sales went exclusively through IDEOMA, because Bluebeam was looking for a reliable importer who knew the technical drawing market well and was willing to work really hard for them. There had to be something in return. Today, you can also buy Bluebeam through others and even from Bluebeam directly. In the latter case, all your license money goes to Bluebeam.
