Bluebeam is available in four versions.
Basics
Basics is designed for anyone who wants to view, review, and annotate or highlight documents. This plan already offers a wide range of features, such as merging and splitting PDFs, making them searchable (via OCR text recognition), rotating pages, digitally signing documents, adding annotations and measurements, and more.
Core
Core is designed for anyone who uses Bluebeam professionally—sometimes all day long. Where Basics leaves off, Core picks up with powerful tools for calculations and job preparation. These tools let you instantly determine quantities and measure to scale within your technical PDF drawings, including real-time tracking of your bills of materials.
Complete
Complete is for you if you simply want to be able to do everything with your PDF documents. Notable features include powerful batch processing and scripting capabilities, as well as Quantity Link—the smart link that instantly updates your material or labor totals in Excel whenever you take a new measurement in Bluebeam.
Max
Max is the version powered by Claude AI, which allows you to “talk” via PDF with your colleague who is working on the BIM model in Revit, enabling you to merge drawings that have been split into separate parts back into a single whole. It also has a very smart copy function with an offset option.

With your Bluebeam license, you can also use the web application and mobile app on your tablet or iPad, allowing you to work on all your projects in the cloud (even on a Mac!).
