IDEOMA intelligent systems bv is a specialized company that has been providing services to CAD users in civil engineering and construction since 1992. The name IDEOMA stands for: Integration of DEsign, cOnstruction, and MAnagement—that is, the integration of the design process with construction and management. This involves tailoring the CAD tools and information structure to the environment in which the work takes place. This is done in such a way that the information can be optimally reused by all parties involved. The ultimate goal here is to develop systems that, as it were, “understand” the user and the work to be done with them: hence the addition of “intelligent systems.”
