How do I know if my coworkers are using their Bluebeam license?

12/8/26 If you have multiple software licenses for an entire team, it’s always a good idea to keep track of whether they’re being used. At Bluebeam, that’s the job of the Org Admins. They can see the last date a user opened Bluebeam. You can use that date to revoke a user’s license if the date is very old.

However, it’s much better if the Org Admin first asks why the license isn’t being used. It’s actually very common for people to use the software incorrectly because they don’t know what it can do. Keep explaining to your colleagues how useful Bluebeam is for technical drawings in PDF format!

Be sure to let your colleagues know about Bluebeam University, which is included with their license.
