You can do that, but you’ll need what are known as “Org Admin rights.” What you must not share is your Bluebeam ID—it’s personal. You can create an unlimited number of additional Bluebeam IDs at no cost, so feel free to do so for anyone who occasionally needs a license.

If you want to assign a license from one person to another, you can do so through the Org Admin portal. You can then remove the license from one person and assign it to whoever needs it for the time being.
