Bluebeam is available in four versions.

Basics
Basics is designed for anyone who wants to view, check and annotate or highlight documents. This plan offers a wide range of features, such as merging and splitting PDFs, making them searchable (via OCR text recognition), rotating pages, adding digital signatures, adding annotations and measurements, etc.

Core
Core is designed for anyone who uses Bluebeam professionally, sometimes for the whole day. Where Basics leaves off, Core picks up with powerful tools for calculations and work planning. These allow you to instantly determine quantities and measure to scale within your technical PDF drawings, including real-time tracking of your bills of materials.

Complete
Complete is for you if you simply want to be able to do everything with your PDF documents. Its standout features include powerful batch processing and scripting capabilities, as well as Quantity Link – the smart link that instantly updates your material or labour totals in Excel whenever you take a new measurement in Bluebeam.

Max
Max is the version controlled by Claude AI, which, via the PDF, allows you to ‘talk’ to your colleague who is working on the BIM model in Revit, enabling you to merge drawings that have been split into separate parts back into a single whole. It also has a very clever copy function with an offset option.
