Bluebeam Cloud

As of today, we’ve added a great information page where you can read all about how to use Bluebeam Cloud and its benefits—it’s included as standard with every license!

Feel free to take a look, and don’t hesitate to ask us any questions you may have about Bluebeam Cloud if things aren’t entirely clear after reading this. We always welcome feedback on our website!

Bluebeam Revu version 20 is already at least four years old, and anyone still using it doesn’t have to pay anything annually. That’s a nice bonus, but please note: Bluebeam has announced that it will be discontinuing the licence service as of 31 July 2026. This means that, from 1 August, you will no longer be able to transfer the licence from one computer to another.

Our advice: transfer your licence to your best computer.

Because if that one breaks down, your licence is gone. That’s not a disaster, as you can simply carry on with the lovely new version 21, with all the benefits that brings, but you’ll have to pay for it. So bear that in mind. For example, why not install version 21 on your computer now as a trial version?

And there’s one more thing.

If you’re still using version 20, even though it’s been upgraded (in which case you pay a lower annual fee that increases by 10 per cent each year), that cheaper version 21 must not be in use by anyone else, as it’s the upgrade to the version you’re currently using.

Our advice: make a list of who is using which version (20 or 21) and check that there aren’t more licences than you’re entitled to.

Please feel free to get in touch if you’d like us to help you work through this.
